Question How can I enter my score on the leaderboard?
AnswerTo log your time in our leaderboard, you need a registered account on our website.

If you already have an account, just scan the QR code while being logged in, which you find once you are very close to solving the Puzzle Box.

When you scan the QR code, and you are not logged in or do not have an account, you will be redirected to log in or to register an account. Once you have logged in (once you have registered an account and verified your email address), just scan the QR code again; to enter your time.

Question What is the product made of?
AnswerWe took particular care in the build and design of the box, wanting to provide a well built and aesthetically pleasing puzzle box, we have therefore chosen to use plywood as the core material, accompanied by various parts in different materials (such as bioplastic, acrylic, metal balls, springs and magnets). The primary packaging is entirely made out of cardboard.

Question Is it possible to reassemble the puzzle box after solving it?

Yes, the puzzle box can be reset and played again. We will also provide instructions on how to reset it on our website.

No worries. We got you! The Puzzle box comes with a pamphlet, which will contain a QR code to direct you to our hints page on our website.
